DROP-OFF OR SEND-IN YOUR DEVICE
📍 Our Service Repair Center -Judges Avenue, Cresta, Randburg, 2195
• All drop-offs are strictly by appointment.
• If you are located outside Randburg, Sandton or Johannesburg you can securely courier your device to us for repair.
DIAGNOSTICS REPORT
Once your device has been fully diagnosed, we provide a detailed diagnostics report along with a clear and transparent quotation outlining the cost of repair.
REPAIR
PROCESS
Before any work begins, you will be required to review and approve the quotation. A 50% deposit is required to proceed.
Upon approval, our technicians carry out the necessary repairs using professional tools and industry-standard techniques. Throughout the process, we keep you updated to ensure full transparency and peace of mind.
QUALITY

After completing the repair, your device undergoes a comprehensive quality check. This ensures optimal performance, reliability, and that the issue has been fully resolved.
